Full Description Our condo features a master bedroom with king bed, flat screen cable TV, DVD player and en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two full / standard sized double beds, cable TV and VHS player and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a second bathroom next to this bedroom.

The living area is open plan with a fully equiped kichen, dining area and living room. A sofa bed in the living area can sleep an additional 2 people. There is a large screen cable TV, region free DVD player and stereo unit.

The balcony off the living area looks out across the Kawama Yacht Club Marina, the ocean and a protected wildlife preserve area.

Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunrise over the swimming pool then head down to the pool for a morning swim!

The Kawama Yacht Club

The Kawama complex is a gated community with guards on duty at the gate 24 hours. It is located at the tip of Ocean Bay Drive at MM 100 off US 1 (Overseas Highway). The Tower building is located on the Marina and has its own private pool exclusively for the use of those in the Tower (there is an additional pool at the North end of the complex that is open to all Kawama guest and residents). From the pool you can head down toward the jetty where you can fish off the end or sit and watch the sunset with a cocktail! There is a private beach with Tiki and Barbeque area and access to the dock for those renting a boat slip. Included in your rental of the condo is use of the boat ramp.

To the west side of the Tower building there is are two Tennis courts and a children's playground.

There is also a lagoon enclosed within Kawama, which has very good snorkeling and is particularly popular with divers for night diving!

Parking is available for up to two cars, and there is a separate area for boat parking.
